Two-time golf major championship winner, Bryson DeChambeau is taking on a new golf challenge. He’s started a daily quest for a hole-in-one. A quest to hit a hole-in-one over his house to his backyard golf green.
Quality golf content at the end of the year can be pretty sparse. Leave it to Bryson to put out something interesting. The Twitter accounts Fore Play put out the first day of content about 5 days ago and is keeping us updated. Day one finds Bryson in his front yard on an artificial turf mat. Facing him is the front of his two story house with almost 20 glass windows.
He says he’s on a daily quest to make a hole-in-one in his backyard golf green. Being Day one, he only gets one try. He hits his first shot over the house and the ball is picked up from a second camera to watch it fly over the back of the house, down the hill, over rocks to land about a foot from the hole.
As the days go by, he gets an extra shot each day. Day two, two tries. Day three, three tries, etc. Bryson has been getting close but so far the challenge is proving maybe tougher than expected. Here are the quick episodes so far.
Day One
Day Two
Day Three
Day Four
Day Five
Day Six
Day seven is up next and has yet to drop. If anything, it’s pretty amazing to see the yardage consistency considering the obstacle of a house full of glass windows. A nice, off-season golf diversion compliments of the Bryson golf content producer.
