European Tour professional golfer Joost Luiten of Denmark may have set a new all-time professional golf record. Luiten was playing in the final round of the DP World Tour in Dubai. He hit a poor tee shot on the 9th hole and threw his driver in disgust. Unfortunately for him, it flew into a tree and did not come down.
From there, he not only doubled down but even tripled down throwing clubs into the tree in an attempt to knock down his driver. Clubs two and three also got stuck. He ended up having to walk away and made bogey on the 9th hole. Luckily, a volunteer got all three clubs down and back to him on the 10th hole.
