U.S. Open Has Three Hole-in-Ones in Only Two Rounds

The short Par-3 15th hole at Los Angeles Country Club is being dominated by the pros during the United States Open Championship. It’s the shortest hole on North Course at can play as short as 80 yards and up to a max of around 140 yards depending on the setup. So far, during the championship, there have already been three aces. Matthieu Pavon scored the first ace of the championship in the first round. He was followed by Sam Burns later that day. During the second round, defending champion, Matthew Fitzpatrick scored the third ace. The 15th is an exciting hole to watch and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see even more aces as the weekend develops.
